When it comes to celebrities getting married, I like a bit of excitement and pizzazz - lots of photos to inspect afterwards, maybe something questionable going on at the reception, a day of utter class and sophistication, or at the very least a best man's speech from Russell Brand.
Think either Kevin Federline and Britney Spears, or Prince William and K-Middy.
It's a shame then, that Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz weren't thinking like me when they got married in a secret ceremony in NYC this weekend.
There were only four people present as they said their vows, and two of them were their own respective kids, so they're unlikely to spill details of their parents' special day or make a decent best man's speech - Rachel's son Henry is only four years old.
Rachel and Daniel's reps have both confirmed that the wedding took place, and the pair started seeing each other at the end of last year before spending the Christmas holidays snuggled up in Somerset together.
So, in my mind, while saying "I do" Daniel was wearing those tiny James Bond shorts and showing off his abs. What a lovely mental image for a Monday morning…
