We all know that the Beckhams love America, but it seems that they're going a step further and planning to welcome their daughter into the world on Independence day, July 4th.
The Daily Mail reports that it is in tribute to their four years living in the States and, as Victoria was due in early July anyway, the date made sense.
They've refuted reports that their daughter will be called Atlanta though… but, after Brooklyn, let's face it - it's not too crazy a jump to make!
Victoria's decided she'll have her C-section in LA, after originally booking into a London hospital, and her rep said:
"It is no secret that Victoria will be having her baby in the US - we will not be confirming the date although early July is correct.
"David and Victoria have a shortlist of names and once they have met their daughter then they will decide - Atlanta is not on that shortlist!"
Is it wrong that I'm a little disappointed?
A source told The Sun:
"Vic and David love America, its culture and her people, who have welcomed them with open arms.
"The most important thing is the health of mother and baby and things can always change last minute.
"But if it’s possible for the baby to be born on Independence Day, Vic and David will be thrilled."
Maybe it's not the worst idea in the world - after all, if the family stay in America, the baby will grow up with some fantastic parties on her birthday…
