Wow, what a send off! Oprah's been filming her final shows in Chicago this week, ready to air in a few days in the US.
She's saying goodbye to her TV show after 25 years - though she'll appear on her network OWN - and it seems like anyone who's anyone turned out to bid her farewell.
Madonna, Stevie Wonder, Tom Hanks, Will Smith, Beyonce, Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Usher, Jamie Foxx, Simon Cowell, Maria Shriver, Aretha Franklin, Halle Berry, and Dakota Fanning were among the guests - some surprising her - that showed up at a Chicago Arena in front of an audience of around 13,000 people.
Madonna said a few words onstage, describing how she sees Oprah... or superstar sees superstar:
"She's a self-made woman who's been at the top of her game for over 25 years - and she's still kicking ass."
Tom Hanks took the mic to host the first of two hours of taping, and he said:
"Oprah Winfrey, today you are surrounded by nothing but love. Your studio was not big enough to hold it all, so here we are."
No doubt a few tears were shed throughout, and the second segment was emceed by Will Smith and his wife Jada. A surprise speaking guest was Stedman Graham, Oprah's man, who said:
"Oprah changes people’s lives, but she also takes her lunch to work everyday. She says it’s to save money."
