Martine McCutcheon set to get married

Martine McCutcheon is set to wed her long term boyfriend Jack McManus after he proposed over Christmas.
The festive season might be one of the most romantic times of year, but I can't help but think it's a slight cop-out to propose then - it seems like a good excuse for a bloke to avoid buying a Christmas pressie for his loved one ('surely an engagement ring is enough, right?'). Congratulations to Martine McCutcheon nonetheless though! The woman best known as 'Tiffany' to entire nation joined the likes of Sarah Harding, Reese Witherspoon and Natalie Portman by getting engaged over the break.
Talking to Hello!, the 34-year-old spoke about how happy she is with her musician boyfriend, Jack McManus, saying:
"We are delighted, very in love and looking forward to sharing our lives together."
In the mag, McCutcheon flashes off a custom-made diamond and French ruby ring, adding that it's "the pretty bow around the beautiful package we have - the finishing touch" [read in Cockney accent].
The actress was previously engaged to DJ Gareth Cooke but broke off the relationship in 1996, after which he sold a sleazy story to a tabloid. McCutcheon's next boyfriend was Jonathan Barnham, who she later had to bail out of jail when he was arrested for drug dealing (with his father!), so it's fair to say that the Brit has been as unlucky in love as her Eastenders alter-ego. Until now, that is. Her and McManus have been together for four years - and the musician recently described his first meeting with his now-fiancee, saying:
"I definitely felt something very strong instantly. There was something magnetic about her.
"Not just looks wise, although of course she's beautiful."
Aw, looks like McCutcheon has finally found her "perfect moment" (sorry). More to the point though, hope she changes her surname to McCutcheon-McManus.
