Adele wanted for a second James Bond theme song by studio bosses?

James Bond producers are reportedly eager to get Adele to record a second theme song for the next 007 film.

According to new reports, studio bosses are hoping that Adele's recent history making Oscars success with Skyfall could be replicated for the next flick.

Speaking to The Sun, a source said, "Producers are thrilled by how well the song has been received and hope Adele's presence on the next film will replicate that success.

"They want her to become as synonymous with Bond as Dame Shirley."

Dame Shirley Bassey has performed the most Bond themes so far with Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever and Moonraker.

Skyfall became the first Bond theme to win the Academy Award for Best Original Song and it also won Adele a Brit Award and a Golden Globe Award.
