Cara Delevingne has been opening up about her friendship with Rihanna.
The Burberry model told Grazia magazine that she feels the sometimes controversial singer is just a bit misunderstood.
Speaking to the mag, Cara said, "She's the best, she's such a sweet, down-to-earth girl.
"She doesn't have that many girlfriends but we have a lot in common. I don't think many girls understand her."
Turns out the pair became friends at a gig two year ago!
Cara added, "I met her when she was here two years ago doing a gig. And then she sang at the Victoria's Secret show and we hung out.
"She looks after me when I go to LA. She's the best, she's such a sweet, down-to-earth girl.
The pair definitely seem to have fun when they spend some girl time together so we're happy Ri-Ri has found someone who understands her.
Especially one who can model all her lovely clothes in her new River Island collection!
