Josh Duhamel and Julianne Hough star in Nicholas Sparks' latest book to film adaptation, Safe Haven and they've chatted exclusively to us about what drew them to the role.
The flick is a story is about a mysterious young woman who suddenly arrives in a small North Carolina town.
At first she is reluctant to join the tight knit community and refuses to share information about her past but slowly she begins putting down roots, and gains the courage to start a relationship with Alex, a widowed store owner with two young children.
However her dark secrets intrude on her new life with such terror that she is forced to rediscover the meaning of sacrifice and rely on the power of love in this romantic thriller.
Intense right?
We had a chat with the film's stars about the pressure of taking on a Nicholas Sparks production, tapping into their characters and how they got close to the young actors in the film.
Fergie had only announced her pregnancy the day before the interview and Josh told us off camera that he was so happy about the news and appreciated all the well wishes he had received from fans.
