Justin Bieber gropes a fan's breast during a meet and greet?

Oh dear, a photo has emerged that appears to show Justin Bieber groping a fan's breast during a meet and greet in Miami.

There are already a few different stories about what is going on in the picture.

Witnesses claim that the fan asked for Justin to cop a feel while others say Justin was aiming for a hug but missed.

Other reckon that Justin has lost the plot since his split with Selena and is now getting creepily handsy while embracing his new freedom.

Another picture shows the girl whispering something into Justin's ear but we can't tell if that was before or after boob-gate.

The picture was posted on his fan club website Bieberfever.com before being removed.

The mystery girl has been identified as Jocelyn and tweets under the handle @JocelynnBieber, has tried to clarify that things on Twitter.

She wrote, "IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN'S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE AHAHAHAHHA."

She added, "People can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too so everyone else's opinions don't matter to me."
