WATCH: Taylor Swift announces new Diet Coke deal

Taylor Swift is the latest A-lister to sign a deal with a big soft drink company as she announces her deal with Diet Coke.

Following the recent announcement that Beyoncé is going to team up with Pepsi, Taylor has gone and bagged herself a deal with the brand rival.

The singer confirmed the partnership in a post on her website titled "Some Extraordinary News" and she explained that the iconic drinks company will be involved with her upcoming North American Red tour.

Taylor loves Red, Diet Coke loves Red, it's a match made in red heaven!

Urging fans to sign up to Diet Coke's Facebook page, Taylor said, "I really can't wait to begin all this and I think it's going to be an extraordinary ride. I just wanted to tell you guys first because you guys have been so amazing - thank you for everything and I'll talk to you soon."
