Lady Gaga has confirmed her plans to release a jazz album with legendary crooner Tony Bennett.
The starlet tweeted a picture of herself and Bennett performing together, writing, "And here's me and my handsome date, I simply cannot wait for our album together, he's my darling."
Benentt joined Gaga on stage at the White House Staff Ball, which took place to celebrate President Barack Obama's inauguration and the duo performed stripped-down versions of her hits Born This Way and You and I.
They had previously worked together on his 2011 Duets album, collaborating on the jazz classic The Lady Is A Tramp.
Meanwhile, Gaga is working on her third studio album, ARTPOP, believed to be due for release in spring 2013.
