Emma Watson mistaken for child at American airport

Emma Watson took to Twitter after she was asked where her Guardian was at an American airport.

The 22-year-old Harry Potter star, who hasn't been a minor for six whole years, was was stopped by officials at JFK Airport, New York after returning to the US to continue her studies at Brown University in Rhode Island

Emma's Twitter status read: "Passport control: 'Unaccompanied minor?' Me: 'Sorry?' Passport control: 'Where is ur guardian?' Me: 'I'm 22!!!!!!!' #neverwearingabackpackagain."

The actor eventually proved her age and got through passport control. Phew!
