Kim Kardashian trips on live TV as she presesnts award at the MTV EMAs

Kim Kardashain may wanted to make an entrance at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2012 but we doubt tripping over is what she had planned.

The reality star was taking the stage to present an award when her shoe seemed to give way or got caught on the train of her dress.

Embracing her inner rock chick, Kim stepped out in a daring Stephane Rolland frock.

The black gown had a plunging neckline, a textured skirt and now proven risky look-at-me long train.
