The Sun that "I\'m either a really good drunk or I\'m an out-and-out sh*t, real horrible, violent, abusive, emotional drunk. I\'ll beat up Blake when I\'m drunk." During a magazine interview she scratched the words ‘I love Blake\' on her belly with a piece of broken glass. Rumours of the couple\'s serious drug problems circulated in the media and in late August Blake and Amy were papped covered in blood after they got into an argument that turned violent. Amy started cancelling gigs, and in September the press reported that Amy had overdosed on heroin and cocaine while hanging out with

On the night of 8 November 2007, Blake Fielder-Civil was taken away be police in a dramatic arrest during which the police used a battering ram to break down the door of
Amy Winehouse\'s Camden flat. Blake was due to stand trial for grievous bodily harm to a barman the following week, and the new arrest later led to charges of trying to pervert the course of justice. Blake is alleged to have tried to pay off his victim to drop the case.
Blake was refused bail and has been in Pentonville prison since his arrest. Amy was arrested in connection with the case in December and was bailed.

Blake Fielder-Civil\'s trial began on 2 June 2008 in Snaresbrook Crown Court in London. According to People.com, Amy showed up in court at 2pm and apparently sat in the front row blowing kisses to her hubby and mouthed the words, "I love you, you\'re fit," when she left. Blake pleaded guilty to charges of assault and perverting the course of justice. Whatever the outcome of the trial, Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil\'s love affair has to be one of the most scandalous and salacious stories to hit the headlines in years.
