Katie Price and Alex Reid’s divorce should be finalised next month, with Katie citing “unreasonable behaviour” as the grounds for the termination of the one-year marriage. Sir Paul McCartney’s lawyer Fiona Shackleton is representing Katie during the proceedings, which Katie is hoping will be a ‘no fault’ divorce, and the quickest way to get the marriage over and done with. A source told the Daily Mirror, “Katie wants to put the past behind her and get on with her life. The way she sees it, her marriage to Alex is over. The sooner they can put it all behind them, the sooner they can move on. Neither she not Alex wanted to drag out the process or point the finger. If anything, they just wanted to deal with it in the most mature manner possible.”
That’s a quick turnaround following the news that Katie was shocked by Alex Reid’s divorce demands earlier in the month. Couldn’t have anything to do with Katie’s rumoured new beau though could it?
