Eva Longoria and Tony Parker

In November 2010, Eva Longoria filed for divorce from husband Tony Parker, just hours after they had denied that they were splitting up.

Eva later tweeted, “It is with great sadness that after seven years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.” Ouch, announcing a divorce on Twitter.

In the divorce papers, which Longoria filed, she cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, while rumours circulated that Tony had been unfaithful and friends of Tony said that Eva “is no angel” herself.

The couple got engaged in November 2006, and married in a Roman Catholic ceremony in July 2007.
