Details about the surrogate mother or her pregnancy were unavailable. The couple also have a six-year-old son James Wilkie, and will mark their 12th anniversary next month. A friend of the family told America’s Entertainment Weekly that they have been trying to add to their family for years. “They’ve had a lot of unsuccessful tries. They came to the conclusion that this was going to be the best alternative for expanding their family.” The friend added, “They’re over the moon and excited as any prospective parents would be. Their life is about to get a whole lot busier.
