According to New York Daily News sources, Will Smith gave the crew members on new blockbuster Hancock a gift card for a free personality test at their local Scientology centre as one of his ‘wrap presents’ – gifts traditionally handed out by big stars when a movie production ends. Last month Will denied being an actual member of the controversial church. Speaking to Access Hollywood he said, "I was introduced to it by Tom, and I'm a student of world religion. I was raised in a Baptist household. I went to a Catholic school, but the ideas of the Bible are 98% the same ideas of Scientology, 98% the same ideas of Hinduism and Buddhism."
