A figure widely reported is £35million – broken down as a £10million lump sum plus two houses, 24-hour security, two full-time nannies, travel expenses and an annual £2.5million maintenance for daughter Bea until she turns 18. After five days of legal wrangling the couple are still to agree a figure and are due back in court on Monday.

Heath Ledger\'s memorial service and funeral were held in Perth, Australia on Saturday. His funeral was attended by just 10 people, including his family and ex-girlfriend Michelle Williams who read a Shakespearean sonnet. Hundreds more attended the memorial service at Heath\'s favourite beach later in the day, including Gemma Ward, Rose Byrne and Cate Blanchett, who gave a eulogy. Folk star Ben Harper performed a song written for Heath, Michelle and their daughter Matilda. The day ended with a touching, informal gathering where everyone stood in the sea and watched the sun set.

While actual viewing figures were hotly debated, the Daily Mail claimed a third of the studio audience, which was made up of Lily’s MySpace friends, left the taping early saying they were “bored”. One studio member told the paper, “Everyone really, really wanted it to work for Lily. She is such a lovely person but all the jokes fell flat and she seemed very nervous. It just did not work.”

This is despite the fact their break-up last year is widely believed to be behind his suicide attempt. The paper’s source said, “Owen has been secretly meeting Kate since the beginning of the year,” adding, “Owen and Kate are back together, but they’re not ready to take their relationship public.” Oh, whoops.

A source told The Sun, "The birthday girl’s dad told him she was a huge fan and he’d give him £100 to perform at her party. Pete was flattered and happy to oblige.” But despite the good turn, Pete still had to put up with some mickey taking. "Some partygoers asked him when he was going to start making dogs out of balloons!”
