Jennifer Lopez sued over dog attack
An air stewardess has filed a lawsuit seeking £2.5m in compensation from
Jennifer Lopez, claiming she was attacked by the star’s guard dog during a plane trip two years ago. Lisa Wilson filed the papers in Brooklyn and said the attack caused her to fall and suffer back injuries that prevent her from working. Court documents said that in July 2006 Wilson worked on a flight taking J.Lo, along with Floyd, her German shepherd, to Burbank Airport in California. Lopez gave her some instructions on how to act around Floyd but 90 minutes into the flight Wilson walked past the dog who responded by "attacking her and biting her pant leg". Wilson added that when she tried to get away she "twisted and fell" injuring her lower back so badly she could no longer work. The suit contends Lopez is "absolutely liable for all injuries" because she "should have known the dog had vicious propensities" and kept it muzzled and leashed. So far Jennifer’s made no comment.

Amy Winehouse was threatened with legal action after pulling out of a festival appearance at the last minute. Organisers of France\'s Rock En Seine festival plan to sue Amy Winehouse claiming she cancelled her appearance with just two hours notice. “There was no explanation of the exact reasons for her absence," Rock En Seine said in a statement, adding “We are very sorry about this situation and share the disappointment of the festival-goers." A spokesman for the troubled singer said, “Amy Winehouse was regrettably unable to perform at the Rock En Seine show in Paris due to illness,” and added, "She was taken ill at her house and wasn\'t able to travel to France for the concert."

Kelly Osbourne slapped her in a London nightclub last week. Kelly Osbourne slapped Sunday Mirror showbiz correspondent Zoe Griffin at a nightclub last Thursday, the journalist claimed. The reality TV star was said to have confronted Griffin over a story in her weekly column that said Osbourne\'s boyfriend Luke Worrall did not know how earthquakes are caused. “I have an issue with you. My boyfriend knows what an earthquake is and everyone has been laughing at him and he\'s upset. And then you take the p*** out of my dad by saying he\'s thick and he\'s not. He\'s like seriously clever,” the reporter claimed Kelly said. “That\'s when I felt a hard slap to my right cheekbone,” Griffin wrote. “I put my hand to my face while my friends looked on aghast. I was in a state of shock. Not for long, though. Soon Kelly came rampaging back over with a female friend jabbing a finger in the air, telling me that I\'d have to watch my back if I shared my story with readers of this column.”
