Wayne Rooney and Coleen McLoughlin are planning to spend £3million on their upcoming nuptials it is being reported. Sources say the lavish celebration will be a four day affair in the Cote d'Azur with 60 guests being flown in by private jet. Coleen has apparently already bought a £100,000 dress. A source said, "Coleen wanted to spread the event over a few days because people are travelling so far. You can guarantee the weather at that time of the year so they’ve gone for lots of outdoor celebrations."
