Victoria Beckham is set to launch legal action against fashion label Rock and Republic over loss of earnings, according to a report in the Daily Mail. Posh signed a deal to design denim wear with the company in 2004 but split two years later amid reports of a fall out with owner Michael Ball. A High Court listing shows Beckham Brand Ltd, the company set up to look after Victoria and David's various businesses filed a claim against Rock and Republic last month. Sources say the reason for the court action is because the range was not as profitable as Victoria was led to believe when she signed. Just last month the owner of LA boutique Kitson, Fraser Ross, slammed Posh for failing to promote her dVb denim wear range enough.
