Victoria Beckham has spoken out in defence of models, saying most are just naturally skinny. The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) have actually reached out to designers, stylists and casting agents asking them to not work with underage girls, girls that are too thin and to be ethnically more aware, Victoria explained during an appearance on The View. I think designers are listening. I had a casting last week and I had some terribly thin girls coming in and it wouldn't have worked.
"I think that some of these girls - most of these girls - are naturally thin, Victoria added. I don't think we should be discriminating against someone because they're too thin, or too curvy, or too large, or whatever it is. What I loved about dressing Jennifer Hudson is how sexy she looked and it showed that you don't have to be tiny, it's about getting the proportions right."
