Tom Cruise has apologised for being "arrogant" during an infamous interview on the Today show. Tom made headlines back in 2005 when he got involved in a tense debate about perscription medication with host Matt Lauer. At one point Tom told Lauer, "You're glib" when discussing the drug Ritalin. "It's very impressive to listen to you,” Lauer responded, “because clearly, you've done the homework.” To which Cruise replied, "And you should too. You don’t know the history of psychiatry. I do." But in his first appearance back on the show Tom admitted to Lauer that he had gone overboard. "After looking at it, it's not what I had intended," he said. "It came across as arrogant. I could have handled that better."
