It\'s been a disastrous week for Heather Mills. After claims that she "killed her neighbour\'s dog" with an unannounced firework display she fired back at the press in a series of explosive interviews, claiming a "hate campaign" against her has left her on the brink of suicide. In an interview on GMTV she compared herself to Princess Diana and Kate McCann and said she\'s been treated worse than "a paedophile or a murderer". She then went to the States and claimed on NBC\'s The Today Show that Sir Paul should "take responsibility for the breakdown of their marriage" before attacking his daughter Stella claiming "she\'s done some evil, evil things". It doesn\'t seem to have done her any favours though; her agent has since resigned and PR guru Max Clifford stated she\'s only made "a bad situation even worse".

We couldn\'t do a weekly round up of celeb news without mentioning Ms Britney Spears. As usual, she\'s had a bad one. First of all she was seen out partying hard, celebrating the release of her new album, Blackout. Club goers at Winston\'s in LA claim Britney made frequent visits to the bathroom, requested the DJ played her hits and changed outfits twice at the club. Nice work! The following day a judge ruled that her children will remain in the custody of ex K-Fed after she was described as ‘selfish\' and her home as ‘chaotic\'. Fighting back in a radio interview the next morning she said, "It\'s sad how people... how cruel our world can be." She nearly had our sympathy until an LA clubber claimed Britney let a man snort cocaine off her chest during a wild Jacuzzi party. Now that\'s not the best way to get your kids back is it, Brit?

Amy Winehouse\'s dad Mitch voiced more concerns for his troubled daughter this week. In a TV interview he again lashed out at Amy\'s husband saying, "She was a complete opponent of hard drugs... That changed about six months ago when she got married to Blake." But while he hopes the drink and drug addictions are behind her, he spoke of his other worries for her health. The other problem is the bulimia which is still apparent, it\'s still affecting her." he confessed. This follows an interview the singer gave last week which shed some light on her self-destructive behaviour. She said, "I\'m quite an insecure person. I\'m very insecure about the way I look. I mean, I\'m a musician I\'m not a model."

Paris Hilton is being sued for billions of dollars by an LA woman who claims that the socialite stole her look. On 18 October Nicolle O\'Neill filed a personal injury claim in the Los Angeles Superior Court. In the suit O\'Neill claims she suffers "emotional distress" because of Hilton and accuses the heiress of ripping off her style, demanding "billions" in damages. It\'s been a busy week for Paris\' lawyers. Elsewhere she was reportedly so incensed to find posters advertising her infamous sex tape, One Night In Paris, in the window of a Toronto sex shop, that she allegedly claimed, "You guys can\'t use my image in a porn store. I\'m going to call my lawyer and sue the s*** out of this place."

Apparently it\'s true, money really can\'t buy you happiness - at least if you believe the reports coming from Los Angeles. Word is that Goldenballs is regretting joining the LA Galaxy team this week, just months after his multi-million pound move. Sources say that with Victoria busy with Spice Girls business David is growing increasingly lonely - especially with pal Tom Cruise out of town working. To make matters worse LA Galaxy are now out of the play offs meaning it\'ll be nearly six months until he can play again. Poor Becks. sell-out gigs, the girls have agreed to front the supermarket\'s yuletide campaign. Needless to say they haven\'t done it just for the love of it. "It\'s an amazingly lucrative deal for the girls, and Tesco are thrilled as it\'s a real coup," said a source close to the girls. The ads themselves are said to feature the Spice Girls taking the mickey out of themselves. They beat us to it.

He told People magazine, "Well, Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby". Taking a leaf out of sister Mary Kate\'s book, Ashley Olsen apparently indulged in some public club snogging. The 21-year-old was spotted getting frisky with seven-time Tour De France winner, 36-year-old Lance Armstrong according to eagle-eyed gossips at the Rose Bar in NYC on Monday night, "They arrived together with a group of friends. Ashley drank red wine, sat on his lap and they were making out all night. They left together around 2am." Eurgh, we\'ve just been a bit sick in our mouths!

It\'s rumoured they\'ll play market stall owners who\'ll help Bianca pick out a bargain outfit. A source close to Kate Moss told the Daily Star, "Like Robbie Williams before them, they won\'t speak but viewers will be able to spot them in the market when Bianca visits the site of her old stall. Obviously it\'ll mean dressing the girls cheaply but they\'re up for that. Think Bri-nylon, Satinette and Lycra." Whether it will spice up the increasingly dull soap remains to be seen, but catching Ms Moss dressed up as a chav once again will be simply unmissable!
