Spencer Pratt is to change his name to King Spencer Pratt, the reality US TV star has confirmed to Access Hollywood. "I have decided that if there is a Queen of England and Prince William, we need to have a King of America and I have nominated myself for that title," Pratt explained before later twittering, "I highly recommend everyone to change your name to King or Queen in front. It's very empowering. I see why these English humans do it." A spokesman for The Hills star added that Pratt (perfect name) plans to file legal papers for his name change next week. Spencer made the news last week when he called his wife Heidi Montag the "new modern day Michael Jackson" following her performance at the Miss Universe 2009 telecast.
