Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills have failed to agree over a financial settlement in their High Court divorce case. Presiding judge Mr Justice Bennett has reserved judgement on the case and will rule on a final figure in the next few weeks, although unless there is an appeal the final figure will never be known. Divorce experts believe that, based on recent cases, Sir Paul will have to stump up £60m, making it the most expensive settlement in British history. Not bad for four years.
