Sienna Miller accepts settlement

Actress Sienna Miller has accepted £15,000 in damages from the Daily Star.

Layer Cake star Sienna Miller has accepted £15,000 and an apology from the Daily Star newspaper after suing over a paparazzi picture. The actress was photographed nude while working on the set of new film Hippie Hippie Shake and claimed the pictures violated her privacy and left her "extremely harassed and distressed by persistent pursuit and intimidating tactics" the star said. "We apologise to Sienna for publishing this photograph," the Daily Star said in a printed apology.
