Sharon Osbourne is being sued for her part in an altercation on VH1’s Rock of Love - Charm School TV show. Sharon appeared as a host on the reality show that aims to teach rock chicks manners and etiquette. The incident at the centre of the lawsuit was broadcast in the US in January and shows Osbourne exchanging words with, and throwing a drink over, contestant Megan Hauserman before security guards rush on to the set (
watch footage of the ruck here). Hauserman has now filed papers in Los Angeles claiming Sharon hit her, pulled her hair and scratched her and is seeking a jury trial and punitive damages. "It's pretty hard to deny what happened on the video,” Hauserman’s lawyer Warren J Binder told the Associated Press. “We look forward to our day in court." The model and reality TV star is also claiming past, present and future medical expenses, loss of earning capacity and business opportunities.
