And now it looks like a new sex tape scandal is just going to add to the pop singer's mountain of problems.An unnamed man has claimed that he has a copy of a video showing him and Spears having sex in a hotel room in Hawaii.
The man reportedly filmed the romp, which took place while the signer was on holiday in the Central Pacific island in June.
'It was just normal sex, we didn't do anything crazy,' he told In Touch magazine.
'It was a little disappointing. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then we passed out.'
On Monday (October 1st) a judge ordered the troubled singer to turn over custody of her two young sons to her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Judge Scott Gordon granted sole custody to rapper Federline, 29, of Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James.
