Michael Jackson’s former head of security has described the singer’s private physicians as “leeches” and accused them of using drugs to regulate Jackson’s mood. "It went two ways with what they did with Michael. Either he'd be totally sedated or they'd give him something which would make him incredibly high,” Matt Fiddes told The Sun. "When that happened he would chant or be very overexcitable. He had clearly been given some kind of amphetamine-based prescription medication. That concerned the heck out of me. But none of his aides questioned it. If you did that you were thrown out from the court of yes men surrounding him." It has been claimed that anaesthetic propofol has been found in Jackson's home. Earlier this week the star’s former nurse and nutritionist, Cherilyn Lee, claimed Jackson had asked her to administer him the drug intravenously. Sources told gossip site TMZ, “the drug is so inappropriate and reckless for home use, if a doctor facilitated it for Jackson, he or she could be prosecuted for manslaughter.” The gossip blog also claimed that Los Angeles police have requested the help of the Drug Enforcement Administration in tracking down the source of Jackson’s drugs amid rumours that he used a variety of aliases to obtain them.
