Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are getting back together, People magazine claim after the actor filed a court request to cancel his legal separation case. The actor has in the past filed for divorce twice before calling it off and Marin County, California court records seem to show he's made it three times. "This appears to imply that they're reconciling again," says L.A. divorce lawyer Lynn Soodik explained. "It's unlikely Sean Penn would request a dismissal for any other reason." Earlier this week actress Natalie Portman released a statement to deny claims she and Penn were having an affair.
