Sarah Jessica Parker has insisted she "has not had plastic surgery of any kind" after rumours spread that she's had a beauty spot removed from her chin. The gossip began after SJP attended a Major League Baseball game in New York on Tuesday night and appeared to be missing her famous mole. "It's true. She did have it done," a 'friend' told Us Weekly. "There was no reason for it, it wasn't because she didn't like her mole. She was in the mood to have it removed." However Sarah, speaking through her spokeswoman, has insisted she has not undergone surgery, "she's adamant. Nothing has been removed." Sound like a mountain is being made out of a... oh, nevermind!
