Brown was arrested earlier this month for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna and earlier this week issued a statement saying he was "seeking the counselling of my pastor" following the incident. However, friends say Rihanna found Brown's statement "cavalier and arrogant”. "All of us, including Rihanna, don't understand how he can say he's sorry on the one hand, but still does not admit any guilt,” a friend explained. “He should have expressed more contrition.”
