R Kelly acquitted

I Believe I Can Fly star R Kelly has been found not guilty of all 14 charges of child pornography after being accused of appearing on a videotape having sex with a girl believed to have been just 13 years old. Jurors in Chicago took less than a day to return their verdict saying the decisive issue was the identity of the alleged victim in the sex tape at the heart of the case. Jurors couldn't be sure it was who prosecutors said it was and therefore said they couldn't be sure if she was underage. "What we had wasn't enough," One member of the jury is quoted as saying. "This has been a terrible ordeal for him and his family," Kelly's spokeman Allen Mayer said. "At this point all he wants to do is move forward and try to put it behind him. He's gonna have more to say about all this very soon, but for right now he needs a little time to be with his family, to collect himself and get strong again."
