The Los Angeles Police Department were so concerned over Britney’s breakdown last week that they have given her a restraining order. “In most cases, it’s issued by officers when there’s the possibility of imminent and immediate danger to the victim,” said LAPD spokesman Mike Lopez. The order means Britney cannot come within 100ft of Kevin Federline. His attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan explained that, “Kevin doesn’t want to keep his kids from being involved in Spears’ life, but foremost is that the kids be in an environment of structure [and] stability. The next goal is to get things to a point where both parents are able to participate fully in their children’s lives.” The order lasts five business days and was handed out to “stabilize the situation” added Kaplan.
