Photographer sues Pierce Brosnan

The US District Attorney may have decided he had no case to answer but the paparazzo has different ideas…

Pierce Brosnan may have thought his troubles were at an end when criminal charges were dropped following his alleged attack on a photographer in Malibu last October. But according to website TMZ, the pap (Robert Rosen) has decided to file his own lawsuit against the actor.

Rosen is seeking undisclosed damages for assault and battery, and claims the ‘attack' was "excessive, unlawful, malicious" has caused him to "lose earnings in the future".
