Peter Andre was confronted by furious friends of Katie Price during a night out in London this week, the Daily Mirror reports. Sources say Peter had been enjoying a meal at the Mayfair Hotel with Chantelle Houghton, his agent Claire Powell, model Nicola McLean and ex-girlfriend Mel B when he was approached by Katie's friends Phil Turner and Gary Cockerill and called a "f***ing b*****d." An insider claims, "It's open warfare. Pete was having a nice relaxed night, but once Gary and Phil had had a few drinks, they were fired up and keen for a fight. Pete was having none of it though. He shrugged it off and went downstairs to the casino for the rest of the night."Meanwhile, Katie's new man, Alex Reid, believes the model is making up rumours about him to make it easier for her to split up with him. The cage fighter's ex-girlfriend, Danielle Sims, claims Reid revealed his fears in a recent telephone call. "Katie's stitching me up. She told the papers I'm a cross-dresser to make me look like a freak. I'm sure she did it so that when she dumps me people won't blame her," Sims claims Reid told her. "We've been arguing a lot and I'm sure she's about to dump me. She's had enough of me and is already getting in the cheap shots. I didn't realise she could be so ruthless. I'm just a fly in her trap."
