Pete Doherty fund flops

A fund set up to raise money for Pete Doherty has been branded a flop. A welfare fund set up to raise funds for Pete Doherty while he was in prison has been revealed to be a flop. Stefano Passantino, the founder of lastseason.com, vowed to donate all the profits from the sales of stripy t-shirts sold on his website to Pete to help him out of his financial troubles but admitted today he’d only he’d only managed to raise £17.10. Stefano said, "Sales have been somewhat disappointing - we only sold six stripy tops,” he said, adding, “We had planned to do a big presentation and get a big cheque made up, but it seems pointless for a mere 17 quid and change. I wish Pete better luck selling records.”
