Paris Hilton was praised in May last year when she adopted an unwanted cat from the Kris Kelly Foundation and named it Prada. At the time she was warned that the cat should be neutered "immediately”. She finally got around to arranging the operation two weeks ago but as yet hasn’t picked up the poor moggy from the vet.
