Troubled pop star Britney Spears was again caught exposing more than necessary after she was photographed not wearing any underwear at the MTV Video Music Awards.
The Toxic singer was caught out when stepping into a limousine after leaving the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas where she had been partying with her brother Bryan after the awards ceremony.
A bystander told WENN: 'What is she thinking? She's a mother of two and here she is flashing her goods to the world!'
Britney's gaffe is not the first time she has been photographed without underwear, as in November last year she was snapped in similar disarray while out partying with Paris Hilton just two months after the birth of her second baby Jayden James.
The fashion malfunction followed Britney's first widely-publicised public performance in four years at the awards show, but her rendition of new single Gimme More was criticised by other artists.
Speaking backstage after the event, rap star Akon said, "That could have been better. She needed to focus more. She looked nervous and I think the pressure got to her."
And Britney was unlucky enough to be followed on stage by acid-tongued comedienne Sarah Silverman who sarcastically remarked: 'Britney Spears. Wow. She is amazing. She is 25-years-old and she's already accomplished everything she's going to accomplish in her life. It's mind blowing.'
