Nicole Richie gives birth to Sparrow

Nicole Richie has given birth to her second child, and named him Sparrow.

Nicole Richie gave birth to her second child on Wednesday, a boy weighing 7lb 14oz. It’s her second with boyfriend Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden.

The couple announced the happy news on Nicole’s website and have named the addition to their growing brood Sparrow James Midnight Madden. Nicole and Joel have been dating since 2006 and have a daughter, Harlow Winter, who will be two in January.
