Moulin Rouge star Nicole Kidman has told a judge that she was "really, really scared" when she was followed in her car by a photographer. Tom Cruise’s ex was called before Sydney's New South Wales state Supreme Court after the pap in question, Jamie Fawcett, sued The Sun-Herald newspaper for defamation. He cited an article that said he was Sydney's most disliked freelance photographer and that his behaviour towards the Oscar-winning actress was so "intrusive and threatening" that he scared her. Nicole told how she became worried about a possible accident when her driver, John Manning, told her that she was being followed by Mr Fawcett and another driver during the alleged pursuit on 23 January 2005. "He said they were driving crazy and that they had run red lights and jumped the median strip. I was frightened and worried there was going to be an accident."
