Michael Jackson is said to be the latest star to sign up for a long residency in Las Vegas the Wall Street Journal claims. Last month invetment firm Colony Capital cleared the outstanding balance, believed to be £11.5m, on the star's Neverland Ranch and sources claim he's in discussions with the company about repaying the loan. Colony Capital also own the Las Vegas Hilton and are major sharholders in the Station Casinos chain which has sparked talk of the Sin City residency. "We've been having discussions with Mr. Jackson about a recapitalisation and refinancing of Neverland in addition to various other business opportunities and mutual interests." Colony Capital CEO Tom Barrack said.
