Mel B and husband Stephen Belafonte are being sued for £1m by a Los Angeles estate agent who claims the pair assaulted him after mistaking him for a paparazzo, the Sun reports. Amado Aguirre says he suffered a broken hand, back and neck injuries after taking pictures of Mel's LA property as part of a planned valuation. Aguirre says Mel, husband Stephen and one of their employees saw him with the camera and assumed he was a paparazzi photographer before "intimidating" and "physically injuring" him. The estate agent is suing for £663,000 in compensation, a further £230,000 damages, £66,000 for loss of earnings and £23,000 for medical expenses.
