Brain Warner, better known as Marilyn Manson has been wasting his band’s profits on all manner of creepy things legal papers filed by Stephen Bier, known better as former keyboardist Madonna Wayne Gacy. How creepy? A skeleton of a man in a wheel chair? Swastika wall tiles? Stuffed baboons, creepy enough for you? Bier’s legal papers claim that Manson squandered the band’s profits on a series of "sick and disturbing purchases" and he’s suing his former band mate for his share of "partnership proceeds" made by the band he claims have been promised to him since 1993. C’mon guys stop bickering, just call it a child skeleton and couple of stuffed monkeys and everyone can be friends again?!
