Madonna has denied recent reports in the US that she has reconciled with ex-husband Sean Penn. Rumours of a reconciliation started after the couple, who were married for four years in the 1980s, were recently spotted together in a New York restaurant. However, a spokesman for Madonna has insisted the pair just happened to be in the same place at the same time. "Sean stopped by the table and sat for a very brief time," the spokesman - who also called reports of a romantic dinner "such an exaggeration" - told Gossip Cop. "[He was there] 15-20 minutes and Madonna then continued her dinner."
