One time Lost star Michelle Rodriguez walked free from LA’s Lynwood Correctional Facility yesterday after serving just 18 days of a 180 day DUI (what else?) sentence that a judge ruled she had to serve in full due to prior offences. And word is her early release has caused a drama within the LA legal system. Though the judge ordered she complete her full sentence the Sheriff felt he had to treat Michelle the same way as every other female inmate. Because of severe overcrowding, the standard is to release everyone after they serve 10% of their time.
