Lindsay Lohan has said she would like to spend time with her family when she leaves prison before she has to check into rehab, People magazine reports. Earlier this month, Lohan was sentenced to 90 days behind bars for parole violations and ordered to check into a rehab clinic within 24 hours of her release. However, Lindsay's lawyer has said the star would like some down time at home before going to rehab. "She's a little upset right now. She'd like to spend some time with her family, and there's at least some question as to whether or not she'll have to go directly to rehab," the attorney explained. "I think it would only be fair for her to spend some time with her family and that's what she'd like for me to emphasise to judge."
