Lindsay Lohan and her business partner Lorit Simon are being sued by a chemist who claims the pair stole the formula for their new Sevin Nyne tanning spray, The Sun report. A lawyer for chemist Jennifer Sunday confirmed the lawsuit for charges including theft of trade secrets and civil conspiracy. "If Ms Lohan and Ms Simon are profiting from the theft of my client's formula my client is entitled to those proceeds," she explained. Lohan's spray, which she describes as her "sunless secret", takes its name from her lucky numbers.
