It seems Lindsay Lohan may have briefly fallen off the wagon (and on to various Italian gentlemen) during New Years Eve after a video appeared showing the actress drinking champagne straight from the bottle. However her lawyer Blair Berk was quick to dismiss any fears stating “Lindsay immediately stopped, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track.” At the time, Lindsay was in Capri, Italy to receive a contribution to cinema award at the Hollywood International Film Festival. Her lawyer also mentioned “There is no magic cure here. Unfortunately, Lindsay has to share her ‘one day at a time’ with the entire world.” The actress admitted to a drink and drugs problem in August 2007 and spent some time keeping a low profile in rehab.
